2023 Summer School registration for High School Virtual and Credit Recovery sessions will open on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 9:00am (HS Virtual Summer School will close on April 29, 2023 at 5:00pm). The links to the registration forms will be posted to the right. More detailed information about these programs can be found using the drop down menu to the left.
*Any high school scheduling questions should be discussed with your student's guidance counselor before you register for a class. Payment is due at the time of registration. Scholarships are available for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch. This will be indicated on the registration form beginning March 13th.
*Elementary & Middle School Intervention Summer School is available for identified students. Families will be contacted directly by their buildings. Any questions before the end of the school year should be directed to a teacher or school counselor at the building your child attends.
Summer School Dates and Locations
High School Virtual Summer School
Who can attend: Rising 9th grade - rising 12th grade
Location: Virtual online courses
Dates: June 5, 2023 through July 14, 2023
Students may take two semesters of coursework.
High School Credit Recovery
Who can attend: When a high school student has completed a course and not passed the course, the student may recover the credit through summer school credit recovery.
Location: Emerald Campus, 5175 Emerald Parkway, Dublin OH 43017
Dates: May 30-June 23, 2023 (No school June 19th)
Times: 8:30 am to 12:00 pm
Elementary Summer Learning Experiences
Who can attend:
- EL students who are currently enrolled in Kindergarten - 4th grade and are in the Emerging language level may qualify for an invitation. Please see "EL Summer Club" for more information about this experience.
- Students who are currently enrolled in 1st - 3rd grade and were part of a Reading Intervention Monitoring Plan during the 2022-2023 school year may qualify for an invitation.
- Teachers will communicate directly with the families of students invited and provide registration details regarding the Summer Reading Experience of the EL Summer Club Experience. Any questions should be directed to your child's teacher and building principal.

Times: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Elementary EL Summer Club (English Learners)
Who can attend: This program focuses on the needs of emerging and beginner EL students in current grades K-4. Families of these students will receive an email in March to provide registration details.
Location: Riverside Elementary School, 3260 Riverside Green Dr, Dublin OH, 43017
Dates: June 5-30, 2023 (No school June 19th)
Times: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Middle School Summer Reading & Math Intervention
Secondary EL Summer Club
Who can attend: Program focuses on the needs of emerging and beginner EL students in current 5-11. Families of these students will receive an email in March to provide registration details. Buildings will communicate directly with families in March and April and provide registration details.

Dates: June 5-30, 2023 (No school June 19th)
Times: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Middle School Math Intervention
Who can attend: Students currently in 5th - 8th grade. Students will be invited by a Dublin City Schools staff member. DCS teachers will be working with small groups of students. Curriculum will focus on select standards in math to reinforce this year and prepare for the next school year.
