Before You Begin
Welcome! We are pleased that you have chosen to enroll your student in Dublin City Schools. The district enrolls all new students (including kindergartners) using an online application called Registration Gateway. Please read the following instructions entirely. Once you have read the instructions, you will be directed to the Registration Gateway portal.
Kindergarten Families: Additional information specific to kindergarten students can be found at the bottom of this page.
Please note: You must be the custodial parent/legal guardian to enroll a student.
Step 1: Confirm you live in our district
Use GuideK12 to confirm you reside within our attendance boundaries. Documentation proving residency in the district will be required at the time of enrollment.
Step 2: Prepare Supporting Documentation
The best way to ensure a quick and effortless enrollment experience is to have all the required documentation ready to go. Visit our Required Documentation page for a convenient checklist of documents you will want to prepare in advance for EACH student you are enrolling.
Required registration documents can be submitted via one of the methods below:
- Upload PDF documents in the Registration Gateway application
- Email documents to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Fax documents to 614-761-5856, Attention: Registration
- Drop off documents (copies of the originals will be accepted) from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. M-F at the Enrollment Center, 7060 Coffman Road, Dublin, OH 43017
Step 3: Enroll Online
Complete the Registration Gateway online enrollment application.
Step 4: Schedule a Phone Conference
Once you have completed your online enrollment application, you will be permitted to schedule your phone conference via the online application. A phone conference must be scheduled to enroll your child. If you are enrolling more than one child, please make an appointment for each child. These appointments do not need to be in succession.
Step 5: Phone Conference with an Enrollment Specialist
An Enrollment Specialist will call you on your date and time to confirm that the registration is complete or to request additional documents.
After reading steps 1-5, please click "Enroll Now" below. You will be instructed to create a login and password. The information entered will be saved if you need to return at a later date for completion. Once you have entered your information, you will be prompted to make a phone conference appointment (step 4). Our enrollment specialists will call you on that date and time (step 5) to complete the registration with you.
