    Employees have the option to take advantage of our employee wellness program, a nine-time award winner recognized as a state and national leader for our employee wellness initiatives, earning the highest level for each of the following awards:

  • 2023 Cancer Screening Excellence Award

    The Dublin City School Employee Wellness Program earned the 2023 Cancer Screening Excellence Award! The Ohio Department of Health (ODH), recognized 29 organizations within the state of Ohio who scored highly on the Healthy Worksite Recognition Program’s cancer screening assessment portion. The acknowledgment of our exemplary efforts include cancer education, access to cancer screenings and resources. Congratulations on prioritizing your wellbeing!

  • Healthy Worksite Award Winner

     
    The Dublin City Schools employee wellness program has been awarded the Healthy Worksite Award by the Healthy Business Council of Ohio multiple times. The Healthy Worksite Recognition recognizes Ohio employers who demonstrate a commitment to employee wellness through comprehensive worksite health promotion and wellness programs. Applicants are scored on the extent their wellness programs facilitate and encourage employee health, enhance productivity, and ensure a healthy work environment. All applications were reviewed and evaluated using objective criteria.
     
    The Simply Healthy Wellness Program most recently won the 2024 Healthy Worksite Platinum Level distinction award and has been the recipient of the Healthy Worksite Awards for the following years:

    This award is a comprehensive assessment to evaluate company performance spanning six key areas of health and wellbeing: Culture and Leadership Commitment, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Intervention, and Reporting and Analytics at a national level. The Dublin School Employee Wellness Program is a Healthiest Employer Award winner for our efforts!

    1. National Wellness Institute: Invited and presented to wellness leaders and managers around the nation about best practices.
    2. Workplace Wellness Partnership with National Wellness Institute: Invited and shared best practices to select wellness programs in 5 surrounding states to workplace wellness program managers.
    3. Healthy Business Council of Ohio: Invited and presented to all state wide award recipients who manage employer workplace wellness programs about best practices.
    4. Anthem BCBS: Invited and shared creative Strategies and Employee Engagement with Anthem wellness groups.
