Ohio law requires written notification of an absence or for a student needing to leave our responsibility.   Please use either of the following emails to report your student's absence.

Attendance emails need to include the date, time and reason for the absence or reason to leave school. Or send a note in with your student in advance of a planned absence.

To avoid receiving an automatic robocall, please submit written notification/email/fax as early as you are able and before 8:00 am if possible. If a written notification is submitted, a call and voicemail to our attendance hotline is not necessary. We accept medical notes anytime via student or the above email addresses.
