Our Eversole Run Winter sports season is in the books, and it was a tremendous success! Over 100 eligible students participated. We are proud of all of our Winter sports teams. They worked hard since October to represent their school well this Winter on the hardwood, wrestling mats, & sidelines!
The Winter sports season is highlighted by the performance of our Wrestling program. The Wrestling team capped an amazing season with a 16-3 dual meet record, and a runner-up finish at the Mean Green Irish Duals. Great job, boys!
Our 7th Grade Girls Basketball team finished their regular season, perfect, 15-0! They won their way to the championship game at the Panther Pride Invitational, but ultimately fell to a strong UA Jones team. With a 17-1 record and a 2nd-place finish, our girls have a ton to be proud of. We are proud of them! Meanwhile, our 8th Grade Girls Basketball team won 9 games, and took 3rd-place in Hilliard Memorial's PAW Tournament. Thanks for a great season, ladies!
Our 8th Grade Boys Basketball team bounced back with a much improved 2022-2023 campaign, winning 8 games! Meanwhile, the 7th Grade Boys had a solid year with 8 wins of their own. Great season, boys!
The Basketball Sideline Cheerleading squad had a great season, driving spirit and school pride from the sidelines at Basketball games and Wrestling meets. Great job and thank you, ladies!
Aside from on-field success, our student-athletes continued to shine in the classroom and in the hallways at Eversole. We are proud of all those who donned the green and gold to represent our school with grit, class, and sportsmanship!
Looking ahead to the Spring program, there has been a lot of interest from our student body. Our Spring sports program is open to rising 7th and 8th Grade students. We offer Track and Field, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Boys Tennis, Baseball, and Softball.
